Return and Refund Policies

How to request a return due to dissatisfaction with the product:
If you are not satisfied with the product or regret your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To make a return due to dissatisfaction valid:

The product must be in good working order and free of obvious damage due to misuse.
The product must retain its original packaging with no signs of damage.
To start the process it is necessary to send an email to support@latiendanexo.com, including your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. However, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

How to request a refund for defective or damaged products:
Based on the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or damaged or missing products, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the order at your address.

To do so, you will need to send an email to support@latiendanexo.com, including your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect in your product (a description with photos or videos). We will review your case and refund the amount using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost to receive your refund.

How to return products:
In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the return shipping costs for products due to dissatisfaction or regret will be borne by the customer. However, in the case of returns for defective products or products damaged during shipping, the return cost will be borne by us.

After sending us the email, you will receive an authorization code, as well as a guide for shipping the merchandise through our logistics provider. The product must be sent in its original packaging with tags, accessories, and any additional items that were included in the package and are part of the returned item.

Packaging costs are the customer's responsibility. Therefore, we suggest using the same packaging in which your purchase was received, if it is undamaged, or using a suitable box to preserve the product's integrity during shipping.
