If you are not satisfied with the product, have any problems with it, or regret your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange of products with manufacturing defects:
In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to request an exchange for defective products:
You must send an email to support@latiendanexo.com, including your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (a description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days of receiving the products, and the replacement will be sent to the original order address. There will be no additional cost to receive the new product.
Conditions for return due to regret:
If you regret your purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days of receiving it at your address, as long as the product shows no signs of use and is in perfect condition. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
