We offer free shipping worldwide via post office.
The products featured in our store are shipped by our suppliers directly to the address provided in our store checkout at the time of order placement.
Our average delivery time is 8 to 17 business days after the product is shipped, and may be extended up to 5 business days.
The postal strike may affect our delivery times, but shipments are proceeding normally and we are monitoring the information.
Your order will be shipped immediately after Payment Confirmation and Logistics Processing.
Payment confirmation:
After purchase, payment confirmation may take 1 to 2 business days to complete, depending on the payment gateway and credit card brand rules.
Logistics Processing:
You will receive your tracking code by email and at the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the code to be sent after payment confirmation.
It is important to always check products upon delivery and refuse to accept them if the packaging is in poor condition or shows signs of damage. In such cases, please notify our Customer Service immediately.
Collection Failure
The Store undertakes to make up to three consecutive collection attempts, up to 48 hours after the last attempt. If the postman does not answer or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our headquarters and reshipped. The cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
